University of Tennessee: Continued her dominance in the SEC, competing at the highest level of collegiate softball earning a trip to the 2015 Women’s College World Series.

Served as a Player Development Coach and Hitting Coach within the Mets' minor league system.
Specialized in hitting mechanics, baserunning, and rehabilitation coaching, working directly with professional baseball prospects to refine their skills.
Advanced Expertise
Gretchen doesn't just teach based on "feel"—she teaches based on science.
